A comprehensive project where I had the privilege of leading and coordinating a proficient team for the consultancy firm, Quibee.
The client was unsatisfied with their existing order management platform tailored for their optician customers.
For this endeavor, we tackled the entire journey of crafting a digital product.
The user research phase was especially crucial. We engaged and interviewed over 50 stakeholders involved with the product. This included everyone from opticians and salespeople to accounts. A cornerstone for the project’s success was the co-creation phases with the end client. Through design thinking processes and workshops, we outlined the platform’s features and milestones.
The platform design was broken down into sprints and releases to facilitate development. We employed atomic design principles and utilized the design system provided by the parent company. This approach ensured our product was in perfect alignment with the brand’s guidelines.
